New Years is the traditional time for setting new goals for the coming year. Often times many of the New Year’s resolutions lead to disappointment because we are seeking to change lifetime habits in a couple of months. Instead of specific behavior, make it your goal to have an attitude of serenity. All behaviors spring forth from our attitudes. So it makes more sense to work on our attitudes before our behavior.
